ClinOps

ClinOps is a modular operations platform built for Contract Research Organizations (CROs) running multi-site clinical trials in Türkiye. Instead of tracking hours, expenses, and ethics-committee paperwork across spreadsheets and email threads, CRAs, CRCs, project managers, and sponsors work from a single, audit-ready system that grows one module at a time.

Core Modules

• Timesheet — protocol-based daily, weekly, and monthly hour tracking with draft states, bulk submission, and multi-stage manager-then-sponsor approval, backed by automated email and real-time notifications.
• Expense — OCR-powered receipt reading (travel, meals, lab costs), automatic duplicate-receipt detection, budget and payment tracking, and versioned, auto-numbered PDF study-expense reports that are CC'd to finance automatically.
• Regulatory — ethics-committee submission tracking, a task center for outstanding items, e-signature workflows, and a searchable PDF archive with template management.

Built for Compliance

Role-based access for CRAs, CRCs, and project managers, full audit logging on every action, and KVKK-compliant data handling are built into the platform rather than bolted on. Under the hood, ClinOps runs on a .NET 8 Clean Architecture backend with PostgreSQL, and its Expense module uses an in-house PaddleOCR microservice tuned for Turkish and English receipts.
