One Decision Engine Across Two Branches

POWER RESEARCH runs seven distinct types of athlete assessment — phenotype pattern, athletic performance, isometric strength, posture-biomechanics, field training, field performance, and GPS load tracking — across branches in Salihli and İzmir. Run manually, each assessment type lived in its own workflow, branch data stayed siloed, and turning raw measurements into a report a coach or athlete could actually use took considerable manual effort.

InsightTech built a multi-tenant platform around a single "Decision Engine" model that brings all seven assessment modules into one system, with each branch operating as its own isolated tenant. An AI reporting layer was added on top, turning raw assessment data into draft athlete reports and supporting multiple LLM providers with per-tenant, encrypted API keys so that each branch's data and model usage stay separate.
