1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how RoleVerse, provided by InsightTech Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, processes personal data. The corporate Privacy Policy for our website is published separately.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- messages and prompts you send in AI character conversations
- character, persona and preference selections
- account identifier, credits and purchase status
- safety reports and related conversation excerpts
3. AI processing and external services
For AI character conversations, the messages and prompts you send are sent over an encrypted connection to our backend and to AI service providers. We ask for separate, affirmative permission before data is transferred to external AI services; if you decline, the related operation does not start. Providers' retention and processing practices are governed by their own policies and cannot be independently guaranteed by us.
4. Purchases, advertising and analytics
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play; we do not collect your card details. Services such as RevenueCat may be used to validate entitlements.
Anonymized usage and crash data may be collected with tools such as Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve the app.
5. Safety reports
If you report content, the report reason, your explanation and a related conversation excerpt may be reviewed by authorized staff.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When you request account deletion, user-associated records are removed; de-identified and legally required records may remain. Data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures such as encrypted connections and access controls; no transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.
8. Your rights
Under applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR) you may have rights to access, rectify, delete and object. Contact info@insighttech.com.tr to make a request.
9. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children below the applicable age of digital consent, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app and will notify you of material changes through suitable channels.
